This session is designed to broaden the understanding of being an effective ally in a manner that furthers the conversation into meaningful action. We create a safe space for vulnerability and inquiry. This conversation challenges your assumptions and provides significant opportunities and best practices for allyship.
EMPATHETIC LEADERSHIP
A workshop designed to provide leaders with an opportunity to thoughtfully and safely explore essential questions about identity, equity, inclusion and belonging – and how they, as leaders, can work to create and sustain inclusive and innovative workplaces where all employees feel like they belong.
CODE SWITCHING
An experience designed to develop empathy and understanding amongst diverse employees and allies. Through a practical, interactive and action-oriented session, participants will focus on the meaning of “code switching,” its benefits and challenges. By encouraging comprehension and compassion, we build stronger teams and discuss ways their affinities can be connected to support a diverse culture within the business.
