An interactive experience that introduces the concepts of identity, being, and belonging. This seminar sets the stage for participants to connect with their own identities empowering them to embrace being champions of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

A workshop designed to provide leaders with an opportunity to thoughtfully and safely explore essential questions about identity, equity, inclusion and belonging – and how they, as leaders, can work to create and sustain inclusive and innovative workplaces where all employees feel like they belong.
An experience designed to develop empathy and understanding amongst diverse employees and allies. Through a practical, interactive and action-oriented session, participants will focus on the meaning of “code switching,” its benefits and challenges. By encouraging comprehension and compassion, we build stronger teams and discuss ways their affinities can be connected to support a diverse culture within the business.
